▸ Cross country skiing

Those cross-country skiers who highly value Nature know that choosing the boarding house Hubertus is a smart idea. The prepared track is close by, on the other side of the road.

All tracks are marked and connected to the neighbouring tracks of the Zillertal. In case you lack the proper equipment, you can rent it in one of our ski shops.

▸ Tobogganing

On the Hainzenberg, near the Gerlostein ski lift, there is the longest natural toboggan run of the Zillertal (7 km long).

The Gerlosstein ski lift takes you to the top station at 1,650 m above sea level, where you’ll find the start of the toboggan run.
In order to give you the opportunity to fully enjoy a romantic evening on your toboggan (the lamps are lit until 1 a.m.), there are two taverns along the track, waiting for you to stop and maybe have some food or a drink. Toboggans can be rented for a small fee near the bottom station of the Gerlosstein ski lift.
